Earn Out Loud

Hey friend,
I have an update before we get started.
Last Monday, I said:
“Before becoming an IT Applications Business Analyst, I worked as a software test engineer for Fortune 500 companies and startups.”
I thought deeply about that for days.
And just yesterday, I had a eureka moment!
While my long-term portfolio has a healthy balance of business sectors, the companies with the highest returns are tech companies.
And every single one of the 24 companies I rotate in my trading account is, drumroll please… a tech company.
I’ve lived, breathed, and thrived in technology for the last 15 years.
And through that expertise, I can help you far more than I ever have.
So, starting today, I’ll bring you investment information focused solely on the technology sector.
The mission isn’t changing. I’m still dedicated to helping you build wealth for the future while also teaching you how to generate cash flow for today.
But moving forward, I’ll do it through the investing principles, insights, and business lessons around the companies and industries I know best:
AI
Software
Semiconductors
Cloud computing
Cybersecurity
and every tech innovation shaping the future.
I’m excited to break down the businesses behind them, why they’re succeeding, how their products work, and what it all means for you as an investor.
It’s going to be exciting, and I think you’re going to love what’s coming in the next chapter for both free and paid subscriptions.
But before I go, I want to leave you with something actionable.
Here’s one company I’m looking into…
IDACORP, Inc.

IDACORP (IDA) is the parent company of Idaho Power.
What’s interesting is that IDA isn’t even a tech company. It’s a utility company.
So after the speech I just gave, why am I talking about it?
Because AI requires a ridiculous amount of electricity!
Collectively, Big Tech hyperscalers are projected to spend between $650 billion and $750 billion on AI in 2026.
Just. In. 2026!
Because of that, power demand is exploding.
This forces utility companies like IDACORP to heavily invest in infrastructure to support that growth.
Sometimes you have to look right outside the box for your eureka moment. In this case, it’s the electricity, equipment, and infrastructure that make this AI technology possible. And few people are paying attention.
I haven't completed my research on IDA yet, so I’m not recommending it to you.
But it's exactly the type of opportunity I get excited about.
Not because it's flashy.
I get excited for the exact opposite reason. It's easy to overlook.
And sometimes that's where great investing deals begin.
Big Beginner Insight
Everyone is talking about AI.
Fewer people are asking who supplies the power, equipment, and infrastructure behind it.
Remember, great investments aren’t always the companies making headlines.
Sometimes it’s the less popular companies that are quietly benefiting from the trend.

Keep thinking independently,
