In March 2026, Nvidia invested $4 billion in two companies that specialize in photonics, lasers, and optical networking parts.
Both companies skyrocketed over the last six months:
Coherent Corp is up 82%
Lumentum Holdings rose 128%
COHR stock increased 82% between January and July 2026.
LITE stock increased 128% between January and July 2026.
